用 Bash(Windows 用 git-bash)运行思考档位脚本。先定位脚本(插件安装位置自动找,不写死路径;自定义可用 `ZCODE_THINKING_SCRIPT` 指定):

不带参数 → 显示现状(等价于 `/thinking:status`):

|
|
|
|
**把脚本输出原样展示给用户**,不要改写档位名、不要省略模型行。注意输出里的"当前会话补一行 `/effort <档位>`"提示要保留——那是当前这轮立即生效的热切入口。
